The "La Gravette wine cellar has since 1950 grouped together a hundred or so wine producers who operate a vineyard of about 500 hectares .The cellar itself is located in Corconne, a charming little village with houses going back to the 17th and 18th century surrounded by huge organ pipe shaped cliffs

For many years the wine producers have been sharing the same approach to their trade: to integrate and master the highest yielding technologies while carrying on with the traditions and respect of nature from the vine to the wine making.

Most of the vineyard is located on a soil of calcareous gravels ,giving its name " La Gravette " to the cellar. The largest part of the vineyard is classified AOC pic st. Loup.

Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre are the jewel wines in the cellar’s crown. When grape picking season comes, the grapes ripened by the sun reach their full maturity. They are picked and rigorously selected at the cellar according to different criteria: the grape variety, the soil of origin, their alcoholic degree, their yield. After a traditional vinification, the best wines are left for 11 months in oak barrels. The final outcome is a noble wine, refined and full of fragrance.

Since June 2005,  the cellar has expanded,  opening a new area: "L espace Gravette", It enables
